Elec 'n Elec is currently using Google Checkout and Amazon Payments. Both Google Checkout and Amazon Payments accept all major Credit Cards including eChecks and are secure in providing you with a quick way of purchasing products.
After payment is made you will receive an email receipt of your purchase. Once your order ships the product should arrive within 5 days. Please check the products detail page to see if the product is currently in-stock and if out-of-stock the expected ship date. International users please allow up to 10 days. Contact Us if you have any questions or if you would like to send a Money Order or Check.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product please return it within 21 days for a complete refund minus a 20% restocking fee. If the product is defective the restocking fee will be waived. If the product becomes defective after 21 days please contact the manufacturer.
Please Note: RC Hobby items can not be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return/refund..
1) Call 1-303-800-4528 and request an RMA number - It will take up to 24 hours to receive an RMA number.
2) An RMA number will then be sent to you via eMail. In addition, the address to return the product to will be found in the eMail. Return the product to the address found in the eMail.
3) 3 to 5 days after the product is received you will be refunded
